Casey Grimes is the owner and operator of Seamless Business Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions headquartered in the Richmond, Virginia area. Casey has many years of experience working in business sales and has personally sold dozens of businesses in his ten years of working in the industry. He also managed and was Chief Operating Officer for two years of his family’s business sales, mergers and acquisitions company in Northwest Arkansas as well as their locations in Springfield and Joplin, Missouri before moving to Virginia. Coordinating training, meetings and recruiting for intermediaries during this time gave Casey a lot of experience in business brokerage and he later went on to become the top producing intermediary in the entire company. After learning the inner workings of business sales and selling many different kinds of businesses, Casey and his family moved to the beautiful Richmond, Virginia area several years ago where they now help people sell and buy businesses here.

Having worked with many different kinds of businesses, business sales and through closely studying his competition, Casey has developed a modern and proven system that works better than anything else on the market for helping people sell their businesses. Each time he works with a client, Casey and his team create a personal and extensive marketing plan that confidentially markets their business in multiple arenas and covers as many bases as possible to find real and qualified buyers. He and his company also work with a very successful loan program to help potential buyers get funded for the purchase of a business. Casey has helped fund many business sales this way.

Casey has owned different small businesses and has worked extensively in business management, sales and marketing in America, Australia and Indonesia. He is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a licensed real estate salesperson enabling him to help his clients with real estate attached to their businesses. This vast experience brings to the table a healthy understanding of how businesses work as well as a great ability to comfortably deal with and understand people in a business setting. He is dedicated and extremely aggressive in helping people sell their businesses in the quickest amount of time and connecting business sellers with the right buyers.

Casey attended the University of Arkansas and lives with his wife who works with him and son in the Richmond, Virginia area. He loves reading, food, music and travel.
